Scheduling Due to the value we place on the time of our Paper Shapers staff as well as our customers, writing appointments will be scheduled for 1-hour interval per page. All appointments will promptly begin at the time agreed upon by both parties regardless of time lost due to customer lateness. There will be no time or price adjustments made for time lost due to the lateness of a customer. All time requested beyond the 1-hour interval, if permissible due to the open availability of a staff member, shall be subject to an extension fee of $40 per hour. It is strongly advised and recommended that all customers show up on time and thoroughly prepared for all appointments in order to avoid any extra fees. Cancellation Notice Missed or cancelled appointments are subject to a cancelation charge of 20% of the service charge. All clients are able to reschedule an appointment up to 24-hours prior to the scheduled to the appointment time in order to avoid any occurring fees.
